Description
This pvdf straight screw connection is designed with two compression ring connection points. Connection 1 is a 8×6 mm compression ring. Connection 2 is a 8×6 mm compression ring. The maximum pressure is 10 bar (145 psi). The fitting is suitable for temperatures from -40 to 140 °C (-40 to 284 °F). The bulkhead thread has an M 14×1.5 thread with a length of 11 mm.
Pros:
- It can be used for very soft hoses, liquids, for strong movements between hose and connection or necessary chemical resistance
- It has FDA approval
Cons:
- Since it has a compression ring connection, it can only be used once
- It cannot be used with PTFE hoses
